- 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey, or maple syrup/stevia for vegan option
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground or stick
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger, or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- Ice cubes, as desired
- Add the water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and ginger to a large glass.
- Stir well until the honey blends into the drink and the spices are evenly mixed.
- Fill a serving glass with ice, then pour the mixture over the cubes.
- Serve right away, preferably before breakfast or as a light drink between meals.

- Choose raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar that includes the mother.
