  • Diced pickles
  • Diced turkey
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Divide the shredded iceberg lettuce between your bowls or meal prep containers.
  2. Add diced turkey, tomatoes, banana peppers, and pickles over the lettuce.
  3. In a small dressing cup, mix the red wine vinegar with the dried oregano.
  4. Add extra virgin olive oil to the dressing if you want a richer finish.
  5. Store the dressing separately until serving, then pour it over the bowl and toss before eating.
