Caramel Iced Coffee That Tastes Like a Treat

Creamy caramel iced coffee topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle

This Caramel Iced Coffee is cool, creamy, lightly sweet, and easy to make with brewed coffee, milk, caramel, and a fluffy topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp ground coffee
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 tbsp low-sugar caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Store-bought whipped cream, lighter version or dairy-free if preferred

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee, then allow it to cool before making the drink.
  2. Fill a serving glass with ice and pour the cooled coffee over the cubes.
  3. Add almond milk or oat milk until the drink looks as creamy as you like.
  4. Mix in the caramel sauce and vanilla extract until the flavors are blended.
  5. Shake the whipped cream can well, then spoon or spray the cream over the coffee.
  6. Finish with an extra caramel drizzle and serve right away.

Notes

  • Cool the coffee first so the ice does not melt too quickly.
  • Use oat milk for a creamier sip or almond milk for a lighter drink.
  • For a bolder flavor, replace brewed coffee with espresso or cold brew concentrate.
  • Freeze leftover coffee into cubes to keep future iced coffee from tasting watered down.
