Garlic Parmesan Beef Pasta

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Beef Pasta served warm in a skillet

Garlic Parmesan Beef Pasta is a creamy, cozy skillet-style dinner with tender bowtie pasta, savory beef, garlic, and Parmesan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the bowtie pasta in salted water until it is firm-tender, following the package timing. Drain well and keep it nearby.
  2. Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, crumbling it as it browns. Spoon off extra grease if needed.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring often, until it smells warm and fragrant.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, then stir in the heavy cream. Let the mixture come to a gentle simmer.
  5. Mix in the grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce turns smooth and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked bowtie pasta and toss until the sauce coats the pasta evenly.
  7. Finish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Cook the pasta just until al dente so it keeps a pleasant bite in the creamy sauce.
  • A sprinkle of fresh parsley adds color and a light, fresh finish.
  • Leftovers can be reheated gently with a small splash of cream to loosen the sauce.
