  • 3 ounces grilled turkey breast tenderloin or grilled chicken breast
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 whole-wheat pita bread, cut into quarters
  • 2 tablespoons hummus

Instructions

  1. Add the chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, olives, feta, parsley, olive oil, and red-wine vinegar to a medium bowl. Gently stir until the salad is lightly coated, then spoon it into a medium container.
  2. Arrange the grilled turkey breast tenderloin or chicken breast in a separate medium container.
  3. Place the grapes and pita quarters into small containers, then add the hummus to a small dip container for easy serving.
