Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber, chopped into crisp chunks
  • 2 limes, zested and squeezed for juice
  • ⅓ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper, added only if you like

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple, cucumber, lime zest, lime juice, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
