- ¼ medium avocado, flesh removed
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 Medjool date, stone removed
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon moringa powder, if desired
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- Transfer the banana, avocado, almond milk, date, almond butter, cinnamon, optional moringa powder, and ice to a blender. Process for 2 minutes, or until the drink is completely smooth.
- Pour the freshly blended smoothie into a glass and enjoy it straight away.

- A standard blender will work, although a high-powered model can create a silkier texture more quickly.
- Without a dedicated smoothie setting, continue blending until no pieces remain.
