- Yield: 4 servings 1x
- 1 (12-ounce) package precooked seasoned chicken strips
- 1/2 cup sesame dressing
- 1 (9-ounce) package shredded cabbage slaw blend
- 1/2 cup honey-sesame almonds
- Slice the seasoned chicken strips into small, easy-to-eat pieces.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of sesame dressing into each of 4 small containers with lids, then refrigerate them.
- Distribute the shredded slaw evenly among 4 individual containers. Add one-fourth of the chopped chicken and 2 tablespoons of almonds to each portion.
- Cover the salads and chill for up to 4 days. Add the reserved dressing and toss immediately before eating.
Notes
- Keep the dressing apart from the salad during storage so the cabbage and almonds retain their crunch.
- For a Trader Joe’s version, use Grilled Seasoned White Meat Chicken Strips, Organic Toasted Sesame Dressing, and Sesame Honey Almonds.
