Easy 10-Minute Apple Brie Crostini

  • 12 prepared crostini
  • 3 ounces brie cheese
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh thyme, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F and arrange the crostini on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Slice brie 1/4 inch thick and place it on the crostini.
  3. Bake for about 5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  4. Top with thin apple slices.
  5. Drizzle with honey, season with pepper, garnish with thyme, and serve immediately.

  • Thin apple slices are easiest to eat.
  • Substitute pear, maple syrup, or another melting cheese if desired.
